Cedarville Indians Cross Country

1. Who are the Coaches?

Head Coach Kris Williams

Coach Williams has been at coaching cross country at Cedarville High School since 2011.  Prior to coming to Cedarville H.S. he was an Assistant Coach at Cedarville University and Head Coach at Indian Rocks Christian School in Largo, Florida from 1993-2007. He has run 8 marathons including Boston. He was a member of the Cedarville University Cross Country and Track Team from 1988-1992 and was Captain of the cross country team his senior year. Coach Williams has a BA Degrees in Physical Education, Elementary Education, Master Degree in Sport Science Sports Coaching.  He is a USATF Certified Coach, has earned a Level II USATF Coaching Certificate and is a Runstrong Certified Coach. During his coaching career he has won 13 Conference, 9 District, and 5 Regional Championships. Coach Williams favorite part about coaching cross country is watching team members achieve goals, the improvement throughout the season, and the encouragement team members give to each other. 

Asst./Junior High Coach Kristianna Williams

This is Kristianna’s 6th year coaching. She ran for CHS and her freshman year at Cedarville University. She graduated from Wright State University in 2014 with her bachelors in Exercise Science and is almost finished with her Masters of Public Health from Liberty University. She currently works for the Greene County Health Dept. Kristianna has also run 3 full marathons and at least 10 half marathons (officially).
